Honor-Related violence

• physical or psychological pressure of a person
• when the person is being suspected of violating virtue principals of the community
• the suspected act is seen to cause public humiliation from the point of view of patriarchal community

Amoral –project offers support for those who have faced or have been threatened by honor-related violence. We offer support for the families and those who deal with the phenomena at their work. Our aim is to provide an opportunity for discussion for anyone who has faced honor-related violence. The project believes that honor-related violence can be prevented via peer support and open discussion within our community. 

Amoral -project is supported by (RAY) Finland’s Slot Machine Association and works under MLL (Mannerheim League for Child Welfare) and its southern Finland district.
